Knox Studios 2 will be having an open studio and gallery during the NIAST. Mike Knox a recent recipient of an NEA grant brought an artist from Korea into Iowa and built a new kiln. Mike has produced wood fired ceramics for over a decade, creating functional and sculptural works, while teaching part-time at Winona State University. The studio hosts a variety of workshops including drawing, papermaking,
children's classes and more. Stop in and see our progress on the new location, just outside of Strawberry Point, Iowa on Highway 13. Look for the large roadside POTTERY sign.
